For Victoria Curtis, beauty is both a business and a creative pursuit. The founder behind Curtis Collection, now presented as Victoria Curtis Cosmetics, has built an Australian cosmetics brand around professional makeup, education and a luminous finish.

She is also part of our Hadrill Hair Care ambassador community and wears Jadore hair extensions—bringing together two parts of a beautiful hair ritual: the extensions themselves and the care that follows.

The woman behind Curtis Collection

Victoria’s path into beauty began with a foundation in business. After studying accounting and marketing at Swinburne University, she secured a graduate marketing position at L’Oréal Australia.

In her Swinburne alumni profile, Victoria describes how that experience helped her identify an opportunity: makeup created for the professional salon industry, with the presentation and experience of luxury cosmetics.

She launched Curtis Collection in 2010.

Today, Victoria Curtis Cosmetics describes its collection as professional mineral makeup, with products designed to complement a skincare routine. Education is also part of the brand, from makeup tutorials to support for salon and spa stockists.

That connection to the professional beauty world makes Victoria a fitting member of the Hadrill community.

Victoria Curtis, Jadore extensions and Hadrill Hair Care

Victoria wears Jadore hair extensions and represents Hadrill Hair Care as an ambassador.

For us, those two relationships belong in the same conversation. Choosing extensions is one part of the experience; knowing how to care for them at home is another.

Our hair-care collection is designed for natural hair and hair extensions. It brings together cleansing, intensive conditioning and a finishing conditioner, with formulas made without added proteins, sulphates, silicones or parabens.

The aim is a considered ritual that fits around the hair you have—and the hair you choose to wear.

Discover the Hadrill hair-care ritual

Our recommended wash order starts with The Shampoo, followed by The Treatment Mask on treatment days, and finishes with The Conditioner.

The Shampoo cleanses away excess oil and product build-up. The Treatment Mask provides intensive conditioning for dry lengths, while The Conditioner softens, smooths and helps detangle.

All three are available together in Ritual Trio (unboxed).

This is our recommended Hadrill ritual, rather than a step-by-step account of Victoria’s personal routine.
