Delivery Information

Every order is packed and dispatched from our Gold Coast headquarters in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.

Same-day dispatch

Order before 12:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and your order is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our HQ we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also view your orders anytime by logging into your account.

Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination and carrier:

• Australia — Standard: typically 2–7 business days.
• Australia — Express: typically 1–3 business days.
• International — Express: typically 3–12 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can vary with carrier, customs, destination and dispatch volume, particularly during sale periods.
