Track your order
Once your order is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also view your order history anytime by logging into your account. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same day — see Delivery Information.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind, or need a different shade? Read our Return Policy for eligibility and timeframes, then email ecom@hadrillhair.com with your order number to start a return or exchange.
