Terms & Conditions
Introduction and acceptance
This website is operated under the trading name Hadrill Hair by The Trustee for J'adore Trust (ABN 78 847 066 288) ("Hadrill Hair", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
Please read these terms carefully each time you shop with us, as they may be updated from time to time.
About us
This website is owned and operated by The Trustee for J'adore Trust (ABN 78 847 066 288), trading as Hadrill Hair, an Australian-owned business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We design and supply a premium hair-care range, including The Shampoo, The Conditioner, The Treatment Mask and The Trio (all three together).
If you have any questions about us or these terms, you can contact our team at info@hadrillhair.com.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute our acceptance of it. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the products.
All orders are subject to payment approval, stock availability, fraud and security checks, and shipping eligibility. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or correct any error, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with an inaccurate description. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will provide a full refund.
Pricing and payment
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. Shipping charges, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly. Delivery timeframes, costs, carriers and any applicable conditions are set out on our Shipping Information page. Please refer to that page for current details before placing your order.
Returns and Australian Consumer Law
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our 35-day Return Policy; please refer to that policy for the conditions and process that apply.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price paid.
Product use
Our hair-care products are formulated to be protein-free, sulphate-free, paraben-free, keratin-free and extension-safe (safe to use on natural hair and on all extension types).
Our products are for external use only. We recommend carrying out a patch test before first use, and discontinuing use if any irritation, redness or discomfort occurs. Keep products out of reach of children and away from the eyes. Always follow the directions provided on the product or packaging.
The recommended wash ritual is The Shampoo, then The Treatment Mask, then The Conditioner. This order is deliberate: the conditioner is applied last to seal the cuticle, which is the opposite of the usual order, so we mention it clearly.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, page design and layout, is owned by or licensed to The Trustee for J'adore Trust (trading as Hadrill Hair) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees and rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia in relation to any matter arising from these terms or your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update or amend these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when published on this page, and the terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
