Hadrill Hair was born in the salon chair, from years of working closely with real hair and the women who wear it. Every formula in our care collection began as an answer to a question we heard, day after day, from clients in front of our mirrors: how do I look after this beautifully at home?

Our founder, our heritage

Hadrill Hair is the newest chapter in a story that began in 2010, when Emilly Hadrill opened her first salon on the Gold Coast, Queensland. That single chair grew into a group of four speciality salons and a team of more than thirty, and then into Jadore Hair Supplies, the extension house trusted by salons across Australia. Hadrill Hair now carries that expertise into luxury hair care.

Through those years, Emilly developed an intimate understanding of how hair behaves, how extensions are made, and how easily the wrong product can undo careful work. The care line is the natural extension of that craft: considered in the salon, formulated in Europe, and refined for the everyday.

Our philosophy

We believe hair care should be as considered as skincare. Every formula is created to care for real hair and extensions alike, which means it must be kind to both. It cares for the scalp, hydrates the hair, and protects the extensions.

That is why our collection is deliberately protein-free, sulphate-free, paraben-free, keratin-free and silicone-free, and why each product is extension-safe, designed for natural hair and all extension types. Nothing harsh, nothing that compromises the integrity of your hair or the longevity of your extensions.

The ritual

Our care is built around three considered steps, designed to be used together as a ritual:

• The Shampoo, to gently cleanse and prepare the hair.
• The Treatment Mask, to nourish and restore.
• The Conditioner, applied last, to smooth and seal the cuticle.

The order is intentional, and a little counter-intuitive: The Shampoo first, then The Treatment Mask, then The Conditioner. Conditioner is always the final step, sealing the cuticle and leaving hair soft, settled and beautifully finished. Together, the three are available as The Trio.
