We want you to be happy with your Hadrill Hair order. If you need help with a return or exchange, contact us at info@hadrillhair.com.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 35 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item is faulty.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Any damaged, incorrect, or faulty item should be reported to our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or dispatch error.
